Amit has been associated with Saffron Group for the last 10 years. He is a Commerce and Law graduate from Mumbai university. He is also a qualified Company Secretary and member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has rich experience of handling equity capital market transactions like IPO’s, GDR Issues, Preferential Issues, Due Diligence of Companies, Open Offers, Reduction of capital, Buy-Back of shares etc. He has made appearances before the Central Government of India, Registrar of Companies, SEBI, SAT etc.

Harshal Joshi

Associate Director

Harshal is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has completed his Commerce Graduation from Pune University.Harshal has been into practice for last more than 11 years and currently is a Partner in the firm Joshi and Joshi which is based out of Pune and is providing services to the clients across the globe.He has experience in the area of Business Set Up, Compliance Management, Merger and Amalgamations, Litigation, Research, Private Equity Transactions, Insolvency and Bankruptcy and FEMA. He regularly appears before various adjudication forums. He has been actively involved in the activities of Pune Chapter of ICSI since 2005 and has worked as a member/ Chairman of various sub committees of Pune Chapter. He has been elected as the Member of Managing Committee of Pune Chapter for the term 2019-22. He was the Secretary of Pune Chapter for the year 2019 was elected as the Vice Chairman for the Year 2020. He was the Chairman of the Pune Chapter of ICSI for the year 2021.

Hari has been associated with Saffron group since September 2014. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS) and is also a certified Registered Valuer (RV-Securities/Financial Assets)

Hari has 13+ years of in experience in corporate finance and investment banking activities.

Prior to being associated with Saffron, he was a part of Systematix Group and Ashika group.
